Thomas Cluff Wilson transferred from Yale University to the University of Pennsylvania during his Sophomore year, 1927. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1929 majoring in History. As a member of Phi Sigma Kappa, Wison served in a variety of offices including his work to revive the fraternity "Scrap Book," which had fallen into disuse.
